1. Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a service request before work has started, they may be eligible for a full refund.

After Work Has Started

If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed and resources used.


2. Service Delivery Issues

If Adquorio is unable to deliver services as agreed in the project scope or timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), the client may request a refund.

Approved refunds will generally correspond to the portion of the work that remains incomplete.


3. Concerns About Deliverables

If a client is not satisfied with the final deliverables, they must notify Adquorio within 7 days of receiving the work.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or improvements. If the issue cannot be resolved reasonably, a partial refund may be considered.


4. Technical Problems

If technical errors occur due to our development work and cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe, Adquorio may issue a refund for the affected part of the service.

Issues caused by external platforms, third-party tools, or hosting providers may not qualify for refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after the project has started
  • Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, or materials)
  • Services that have already been completed and delivered
  • Costs related to third-party products or services such as domains, hosting, software licenses, plugins, or themes

These costs are non-recoverable once purchased.


6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients should:

Adquorio will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
